NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
PREMISES: Pumphreys No 1 Bar, 44 Cloth Market, Newcastle NE1 lEE
Notice is given that Malhotra leisure limited applied to Newcastle City Council on 5th October 2026 to vary a Premises Licence under the licensing Act 2003 as follows: - To extend the finish time of all licensed activities permitted under the licence to 03:00 hours daily.
To replace the annex 2 conditions on the licence with the schedule of conditions submitted with the application.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Representations must be received by 3rd November 2026, The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastie.gov.uk
