NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECITON 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 1st October 2026 Asda Stores Ltd applied to Nottingham City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express Broadmarsh Bus Station, Unit 1 The Concourse, Carrington Street, Nottingham NG1 7LS.
The proposed licensable activities are ;-
1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.2, To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hour of 23.00 and 05.00
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application most be received in writing by;- Nottingham City Council, Communities, licensing, Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham NG2 3A10 no later than the 29th October 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Nottingham City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address between the hours of 9am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
