NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Mimis Cromer Ltd has applied to North Norfolk District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of:
Mimis 16 Garden Street Cromer NR27 9HN
The application is for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises during the following hours:
Monday to Saturday: 11:00am – 10:30pm Sunday: 12:00pm – 10:00pm
The application may be inspected by contacting the Licensing Authority at North Norfolk District Council during normal office hours or via the Council's licensing service.
Any representations regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than 29 October 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false or misleading statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
