Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that RHG Manor Ltd has applied to
Warwick District Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Longbridge
Manor, Stratford Road, Warwick, CV34 6RB. The proposed
licensable activities and their hours are: 1. The sale of
alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between
08:00 and midnight each day; 2. Indoor regulated
entertainment (live and recorded music) between 08:00 and
midnight each day and outdoors between 08:00 and 22:00
each day; 3. Late night refreshment between 23:00 and
midnight each day; 4. Opening hours to the public between
08:00 and 01:00 the following day each day. Any
representations regarding the above-mentioned application
must be received in writing by The Licensing Team, Safer
Communities, Leisure and Environment, Warwick District
Council, Town Hall, Parade, Leamington Spa, CV32 4AT
or by email to
no later than
30th October 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Warwick District Council and the record of
the application may be inspected at the address of the
council, given above, during normal business hours or on
the council’s website -
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
