Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Tilray Brands UK Ltd. in respect of Premises known as Brewdog, Units 1 and K1 of Building 11, Millennium Promenade, Bristol, BS1 5SZ applied to Bristol City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to remove all existing conditions and replace them with updated conditions. There will be no change to the hours for the provision of licensable activities following this application.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Bristol City Council, Licensing Team, PO Box 3300, Bristol, BS1 9LN or e-mail to licensing@bristol.gov.uk no later than 30th October 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Bristol City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG. The record of the application may also be inspected at this address between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
