FIRAT OZKAN-HASUNA LTD hereby give notice that I/we have applied to Basildon Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: HODO KITCHEN (ABOVE) 24-26 SOUTHERNHAY, BASILDON, SS14 1EL
The proposed licensable activities and their requested hours are:
The sale by retail of alcohol on the premises - Monday to Sunday between 12:00 – 02:00
Late night refreshment – Monday to Sunday 23:00-02:00
Live Music Monday to Sunday 18:00-00:00
Recorded Music Monday to Sunday 08:00-02:00
A record of this application and the statutory register may be inspected by appointment at the licensing authority address below between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

Representations must be received in writing no later than 30/10/2026.
