Notice of application to vary a full licence to abstract (take) water

Les Lions Farm Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial numbers TH/039/0026/041 and TH/039/0026/042 which authorise the abstraction of water from The Cut and land drains at Holyport, Maidenhead at National Grid Reference: SU 87514 77497 and between the following National Grid References: 
SU 88036 77646, SU 88133 77549, SU 87862 77237 and SU 87615 77592.

The variation applied for is: to increase the annual quantity for each licence from 17,000 cubic metres per year to 35,100 cubic metres per year. No other changes are applied for.
