NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Hartwood Estates Ltd to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for A SHADOW PREMISES LICENCE in respect of The Eve Lounge, 7 Pitt Street, Barnsley, S70 1AL on the following terms: The performance of live music (indoors): Monday - Sunday - 12:00 – 06:00

The performance of live music (outdoors): Sunday - Thursday - 12:00 – 00:00, Friday – Saturday – 12:00 -01:00, Bank Holidays 12:00-01:00

The playing of recorded music (Indoors): Monday - Sunday - 12:00 – 06:00

The playing of recorded music (Outdoors): Sunday - Thursday - 12:00 – 00:00, Friday – Saturday – 12:00 -01:00, Bank Holidays 12:00-01:00

Late night refreshment (Indoors) Monday-Sunday – 23:00 – 05:00

The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises: Monday – Sunday – 12:00 – 05:45

Hours open to the public: Monday – Sunday - 12:00 – 06:00.

This shadow premises licence application proposes to mirror the conditions on the existing premises licence.

Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Regulatory Services (Licensing) PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or to licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by the 29th October 2026.
