What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Howling Hospitality Ltd in respect of premises known as Jolene’s located at 183-185 Newland Avenue, Hull, HU5 2EN to Hull City Council on 02 October 2026 for a premises licence.

The proposed application is:

1. To permit the supply of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment from 10:00 to 01:00 on Mondays to Sundays.

2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 01:00 on Mondays to Sundays.

3. To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.

Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the licensing authority at Hull City Council, Licensing Section, 33 Witham, Kingston upon Hull, HU9 1DB where the licensing register can be inspected during the authority’s normal opening hours or at www.hull.gov.uk.

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the licensing authority at the above address or to liquor@hullcc.gov.uk no later than 30 October 2026, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
