Notice is hereby given that Potio Limited has applied to THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS on 01/10/2026 for a Minor Variation to a Premises Licence, for The Water House, Project Unit 1, Corbridge Crescent, London, E2 9DS. The Proposed Variation Is To Add Recorded And Live Music As Licensable Activities Permitted At The Premises. To Change The Permitted Hours For Licensable Activities, With The Proposed Hours Being: Sunday To Wednesday – 11:00 - 00:00 (Midnight) Thursday To Saturday – 11:00 - 01:00.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 29/10/2026, stating the grounds for making said representation to: Council Offices, Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ. The public register is kept at the above address, and the application is available to be viewed there by members of the public from 10:00am hours to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
