NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 has been made by Bayy Lounge Ltd in respect of:

Bayy Lounge (Room 9) Room 9, First Floor, Wellington House, 1 Pollard Street East, Manchester, M40 7FS

The proposed licensable activities are:

Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises:

Monday to Sunday: 00:00 to 23:59.

Recorded music indoors:

Monday: 21:00 to 23:59

Tuesday: 00:00 to 05:00

Friday: 21:00 to 23:59

Saturday: 00:00 to 05:00 and 21:00 to 23:59

Sunday: 00:00 to 05:00 and 21:00 to 23:59

All licensable activities will take place within Room 9 only.

Representations shall be made in writing to: Premises Licensing Manchester City Council Level 1, Town Hall Extension Albert Square Manchester PO Box 532 M60 2LA or by email to premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk

The date by which representations must be made is 02/11/2026.

The Licensing Register and Record of Application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment. To arrange an appointment please email premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
