Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited has applied to Stoke-on-Trent City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Wingstop, Unit 3A, Etruria Mills Leisure Park, Etruria Road, Hanley, ST1 5NS.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of Alcohol (on and off the Premises) from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday. Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Sunday to Wednesday, and from 23:00 hours until 02:00 hours the following day Thursday to Saturday. Opening Hours from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Sunday to Wednesday and from 10:00 hours until 02:00 hours the following day Thursday to Saturday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Services, C/O The Weighbridge Lodge, Cromer Road, Northwood, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 6QN or via email to hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk no later than 28th October 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Stoke-on-Trent City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.stoke.gov.uk
