We Bluntrock Venue Holdings Limited give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for Variation of a Premises Licence in respect of The Pagan Arms, Beach Road, Newquay, TR7 1ES. The application is to: regarding Annex 3. on the licence under 'Prevention of Public Nuisance', an extension of the outside area closure time from 00:00 to 02:00, in line with licencable activities.  A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than Monday 9th November 2026.  A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.
