Licensing authority: Licensing Department, Reigate & Banstead BC, Town Hall, Casilefield Road, Reigate RH2 OSH, or by email to licensing@reigate-banstead.gov.uk (where a record of the application may be inspected by appointment during normal office hours)

Any person or responsible authority may make representations to the licensing authority no later than 23rd October 2026.

Any representations most be in writing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
