LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Amazon UK Services Ltd to Flintshire County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Plot A, The Airfields, Deeside, Flintshire, CH5 2JF.
The proposed application is for a premises licence to permit the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises from 00:00am to 23:59pm Monday to Sunday.

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, Public Protection, Flintshire County Council, Ty Dewi Sant, St Davids ParK, Ewloe, CH5 3FF to licensing@flintshire.gov.uk no later than 28 October 2026, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
