APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for the variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by:
West Lindsey to West Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as: Market Place, Lord Street, Silver Street, car parks and town centre in Gainsborough. Which are situated at: the town centre in Gainsborough.
The proposed licensed activity(ies) to be carried on at the premises is as follows:
To extend the existing license (music & performance activity etc.) permitted hours from ending at 8pm to ending at 12 midnight.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of: Licensing Team, West Lindsey District Council, Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire DN21 2NA during normal office hours (by appointment only)
Any representations by other persons or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, West Lindsey District Council at the above address by: Wednesday 21st October 2026
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard
scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
