Notice is hereby given that Leeds Bierkeller 1 Limited has
applied to Leeds City Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of premises to be known as Klubhaus,
9A Merrion Street, Leeds, LS1 6PQ. The proposed
licensable activities and their hours are the provision for
regulated entertainment (to include live music, recorded
music and anything of a similar description) and the sale of
alcohol on & off the premises Monday-Sunday 10:00-04:00
the following morning; Late Night Refreshment Monday-
Sunday 23:00-04:00 the following morning; The opening
hours of the premises will be Monday-Sunday 10:00-04:30
the following morning. Any representations by an interested
party or responsible authority regarding the application
must be received in writing by Entertainment Licensing,
Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR, or by
email to
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk
no later than
28 October 2026 stating the grounds for objection. The
register of Leeds City Council and the record of the
application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, during normal business hours or on the coun-
cil's website
It is an offence knowingly
or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with
an application. The maximum fine for which a person is
liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
