LICENSING ACT 2003: VARIATION OF THE
PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Elle R Leisure Limited has
applied to Leeds City Council in respect of the Woodlands
Hotel, Gelderd Road, Gildersome, Morley, Leeds LS27
7LY for the grant of a variation of the premises licence
under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: To
permit the sale of alcohol from 10:00 daily. To permit the
sale of alcohol and supply of late-night refreshment until
midnight on Sunday. To permit the sale of alcohol to
residents and their bona fide guests in line with existing
opening hours. To update condition 33, Annex 2 to permit
age verification via digital ID. Representations must be
made in writing to Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City
Council, Civic Hall, Leeds LS1 1UR, or
via
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk,
to be received
no later than the end of 29 October 2026, stating the
grounds for objection.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
