Any representations by a responsible authority or other persons
must be made in writing to the licensing authority detailed above
within 28 days of the application date. This being 2.11.2026. The
licensing authority is required under the Licensing Act 2003
(Hearings) Regulations 2005 to provide the above applicant with
full copies of any relevant representations that have been made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement
in connection with an application, punishable on summary
conviction by a maximum fine of £5000.
