NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that I/we The Piece Hall
have applied to Calderdale Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the variation of a premises licence in respect of premises known as The Piece Hall, Blackledge, Halifax
For the retail sale of & consumption of alcohol in the visitors centre between the hours of 10:00 and 01:00 daily
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.
Applications may be viewed on our Public Register, at

www.calderdale.gov.uk


Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Council, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 27th October 2026
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
