NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for
a Premises Licence has been made by Tea A Dark
Ltd to Wakefield Council in respect of premises
known as After Dark, 65 Westgate, Wakefield,
WF1 1BW. The licensable activities, which it is
proposed to carry on at the premises, is the sale of
alcohol by retail, regulated entertainment and late
night refreshment.
The record of the application may be inspected at
the offices of The Licensing Team, Wakefield
Council, Wakefield One, Burton Street, Wakefield,
WF1 2EB, by appointment or at

representations by interested parties or responsible
authorities regarding the application must be made
in writing to the Licensing Team, Wakefield Council
at the above address by midnight 26/10/26.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a
fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with the application.
