Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Amazon UK Services Ltd to Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at 1 Sproughton Road, Ipswich, IP1 5BL. The proposed application is for a premises licence to permit the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises from 00:00am to 23:59pm Monday to Sunday. Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by Mid Suffolk District Council and can be inspected by visiting their website www.babergh.gov.uk/licensing
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Mid Suffolk District Council, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, IP1 2BX or to licensingteam@baberghmidsuffolk.gov.uk no later than 28 October 2026, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
