NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that: Grosvenor Casinos Limited of the following address: TOR, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead Postcode: SL6 8BN is applying under Section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Converted Casino Premises Licence under that Act. The application relates to the following premises: Grosvenor Casino New Brighton, 18 Marine Point, Kings Parade, New Brighton, Wallasey, Wirral, CH45 2PB. The application is to vary the licence as follows: The application is pursuant to Section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 and paragraph 65(12) of Part 7 of Schedule 4 to the Gambling Act (Commencement No. 6) Order 2006 to vary the converted casino licence to relocate the premises to Land at Unit 1, Morpeth Wharf, Birkenhead, CH41 1LF. The application has been made to: Wirral Borough Council, Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH44 8ED. Email: licensing@wirral.gov.uk

Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities. A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities. A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories. Any representations must be made by the following date: 28 October 2026

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
