What is proposed?

APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

SNOBS MANAGEMENT LIMITED is applying for the VARIATION of a Premises Licence at: SNOBS. Basement & Rear First Floor, 240 Broad Street, Birmingham, B1 2HG. If GRANTED the application will allow:

1.The extension of hours for the supply of alcohol and licensable activities (Films/Indoor Sporting Events/ Live & Recorded Music/Performance of Dance/Anything Similar) from 04:00hrs to 06:00hrs Monday to Sunday.

2.Late Night Refreshment From 23:00hrs to 05:00hrs Monday to Sunday.

The following condition to be added to the current premises licence:
3. If the premises wishes to go past 04:00 for any licensable activity, the premises must submit a written notice to West Midlands Police Licensing Unit, 28 days before the scheduled activity, stating dates, times and the licensable activities that are going to be used.

Non-Standards timings to be inserted for the following:
4.From the end of standard timings on New Years Eve until the commencement of standard timings on New Years Day. Sunday and Monday of Bank Holiday Weekends, hours from 08:00hrs to 06:00hrs

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ. 

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on Wednesday 28th October 2026. 

It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
