Notice of Application for a Premises Licence made under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Please take notice that The Project Farm Limited have made application to
Southwark Council for a new Premises Licence in respect of: the site next to Corner Corner, Deal Porters Way, Canada Water, London SE16 7LL. The relevant licensable activities pro posed to be carried on, or from the premises are: The sale by retail of alcohol: Sunday 12:00 to 22:00, Mon day to Wednesday 12:00 to 22:30, Thursday to Saturday 12:00 to 23:00. Films, indoor sporting events and recorded music: Sunday 08:00 to 22:30, Monday to Wednesday 08:00 to 22:30, Thursday to Saturday 08:00 to 23:30. Plays, live music, performances of dance and anything of a similar description to live music recorded music or performances of dance: Sunday 12:00 to 22:30, Monday to Wednesday 12:00 to 22:30, Thursday to Saturday 12:00 to 23:30. Opening hours: Sunday 08:00 to 22:30, Monday to Wednesday 08:00 to 22:30, Thursday to Saturday 08:00 to 23:30. A register of all applications made within the Southwark area is maintained by: The Licensing Service, Hub 1, 3rd Floor, 160 Tooley Street, Lon don, SE1 2QH. A record of this application may be inspected by visiting the office during normal office hours by appointment on 020 7525 2000, details are also available on our website at https://app.southwark.gov.uk/  It is open to any interested party to make representations about the likely effect of the application on the promotion of the licensing objectives. Representations must be made in writing to
the Licensing Service at the office address given above (or by email via
licensing@southwark.gov.uk ) and be received by the Licensing Unit within a
period of 28 days starting the day after the date shown below. Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such o fence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
