NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

We, Newmarket Entertainment Limited, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that we made application on 9th of September 2026 to West Suffolk Council for the renewal of a licence for a SEXUAL ENTERTAINMENT VENUE as defined in Schedule 3 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, in respect of the premises known as Heaven, located at 109 High Street, Newmarket, Suffolk, CB8 8JH.

A summary of the application is as follows:

Heaven operates as a Lap Dancing venue.

FURTHER DETAILS:

A copy of the application may be inspected at the offices of West Suffolk Council, West Suffolk House, Western Way, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 3YU during normal office hours or on the council’s website at www.westsuffolk.gov.uk/Business/Licensing-and-regulation/Licensing/sex-establishment-licence

OBJECTIONS:

Any objection to the application must be made in writing, or by email at licensing@westsuffolk.gov.uk stating the grounds on which the objection is made, to arrive no later than 28 days after the date of this Notice, to: (by post or in person).

Last Date for representations is 12 October 2026

Please note that any written representations received in response to this consultation are likely to be required to be made available for public inspection in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
