Any representations by a responsible authority or any other peIBOn regarding this appliration must be received in writing by;- East Riding of Yorkshire Council, County Hall, Beverley HU17 9BA no later than the 26th October 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of East Riding of Yorkshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address between 9.00 am and 5pm Monday to Thursday (4.30pm on Fridays) except public holidays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an appliration, The fme for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
