NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Alyaqut Ltd applied on the 28th September 2026 to the London Borough of Ealing to vary the premises licence for: Alyaqut Restaurant, 10-12 Abbey Parade, Ealing, London W5 1EE.

The application seeks to:

1. To Extend the permitted hours for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises to Monday to Saturday 10:00-02:30 and Sunday 12:00-02:30.

2. To Permit late-night refreshment indoors Monday to Sunday 23:00-02:30.

3. To Permit live music and recorded music indoors Friday and Saturday 11:00-02:30.

4. To Permit the premises to remain open to the public Monday to Sunday 11:00-03:00.

5. The application also seeks the modification and replacement of the embedded restrictions contained in Annex 2, paragraphs 1 to 5.

The premises will remain a bona fide seated restaurant. Existing commencement times and off-sales hours and conditions will remain unchanged.

No capacity increase, external regulated entertainment, nightclub use, vertical drinking or late-night takeaway or delivery service is sought. The Council's licensing register can be accessed online at www.ealing.gov.uk/info/201017/licences_and_street_ trading.

Any person wishing to make representations must give notice in writing to the Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL; email licensing@ealing.gov.uk; telephone 020 8825 6655.

Representations must be received no later than 26th October 2026, state the grounds relied upon and relate to one or more licensing objectives: prevention of crime and disorder; public safety; prevention of public nuisance; and protection of children from harm.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in or in connection with an application. A person convicted of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
