LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of Rutland Arms 2 High Street Bottesford Nottingham NG13 0AA for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan, drawing number 09-26-1569, changes primarily consist of
new fixed seating and an area for darts in the sports area.

To also permit the premises to open at 10:00 every day (opening currently permitted from 11:00 Monday – Saturday & 12:00 Sunday).

To authorise the sale of alcohol from 10:00(currently authorised from 11:00 Monday – Saturday & 12:00 Sunday). Lastly, to remove the following conditions – AWP and cigarette machines in public bar.

Restaurant is non smoking. Most customers are local. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: The Council Offices, Parkside, Station Approach, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 1GH.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature of such representations to The Licensing Officer, Melton Borough Council, Parkside, Station Approach, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 1GH or email licensing@melton.gov.uk by the end of 28 October 2026.
