NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Amazon UK Services Ltd to City of Cardiff Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Longships Road, Cardiff, CF10 4RP.
The proposed application is for a premises licence to permit the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises from 00:00 to 23:59 Monday to Sunday.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Team Manager (Licensing), Cardiff Council, Enterprise House, 127 – 129 Bute Street, Cardiff, CF10 5LE where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting their website https://www.cardiff.gov.uk/.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at Team Manager (Licensing), Cardiff Council, Enterprise House, 127 – 129 Bute Street, Cardiff, CF10 5LE or to licensing@cardiff.gov.uk no later than 28th October 2026, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
