NOTICE is hereby given that we, Secret Handshake Limited have applied on 1 October 2026 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises to be known as Dead Souls (former Barclays Bank), 10 Market Place, Macclesfield, SK10 1HA for a new premises licence to provide the following licensable activities: Sunday to Wednesday, the sale of alcohol (on / off sales) 10:00 – 00:00 midnight (closing at 00:30); Thursday to Saturday, the sale of alcohol (on / off sales), playing of recorded and live music (indoors) 10:00 – 01:00 (closing 01:30). Nonstandard times on New Year’s Eve, the day before bank holiday Monday, and to compensate the effect of British Summer Time.
Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 29 October 2026. Licensing Team | Cheshire East Council, Regulatory Services and Health, C/O Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL or by e-mail to: licensing@cheshireeast.gov.uk
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
