LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Joshua Brooks Manchester Ltd has applied to Manchester City Council to vary the premises licence for Joshua Brooks, 106 Princess Street, Manchester, M1 6NG, to permit:
Indoor live and recorded music, dance and similar entertainment from 11:00 until 04:00 Sunday- Thursday and 05:00 Friday-Saturday.
Alcohol sales for consumption on the premises from 11:00 until 03:30 Sunday-Thursday and 04:30 Friday-Saturday.
Late night refreshment indoors and outdoors from 23:00 until 05:00 daily, including terrace food-window service and takeaway.
Public opening from 07:00 until 04:00 Sunday- Thursday and 05:00 Friday-Saturday, with terrace food service and seating continuing until 05:00 daily.
An exception to the doors/windows closure condition after 23:00 for the food window, and additional conditions covering litter, noise, packaging and SIA queue supervision from 01:00 until 05:00 or completion of hatch-customer dispersal, whichever is later.
Finish times are the following morning.
