NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Toby Kidman has applied to London Borough of Southwark on 01 October 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Miramar Unit C2, Three Deal Porters Way, Canada Water, London SE16 7BB for the provision of recorded music and live music, and the sale by retail of alcohol from 09:00 to 23:00 Sunday to Thursday and from 09:00 to 23:30 Friday to Saturday, and the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 23:30 Friday to Saturday, plus non standard timings, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Service, Hub 1, 3rd Floor, 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH or by email via 
licensing@southwark.gov.uk to be received by no later than 29 October 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.southwark.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. 
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
