Notice of Application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Supercharger Restaurants Limited has applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as KFC, Wessex Gate Retail Park, Broadstone Way, Poole, BH15 3TE.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision for Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors) Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 04:00 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 04:00 the following morning. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or by email to licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk
Representations must be received no later than 26 October 2026. The application record may be viewed between 09:00am and 16:00am hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
