Notice is hereby given that WH Group Investment Limited has applied to Ashford Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Pepe's Piri Piri, 13 Elwick Road, Ashford, TN23 1PF.

The licensing register may be inspected at Ashford Borough Council, International House, Dover Place, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1HU during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address by 28 October 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
