Notice is given that Massarella & Co Ltd has applied to Newark & Sherwood District Council for a new Premises Licence or Club Licence Certificate under the Act 2003.
The proposed use/variation is:
Sale of alcohol during normal trading days 10.00am to 7.30pm and for special events 10.00am to 11.00pm. Alcohol will only be sold for consumption on the premises
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Newark & Sherwood District Council, Castle House, Great North Road, Newark, Notts, NG24 1BY.
Representations must be received no later than 20th October 2026
The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000)
