LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd September 2026 The Catterick Racecourse Company Limited applied to North Yorkshire Council (Richmondshire Area) for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Catterick Racecourse, Catterick Bridge, Richmond DL10 7PE.

The proposed variation is ;- 1. To attach new plans to the premises licence which reflect the existing layout 2. To delete all of the existing conditions in Annex 2 of the premises licence and replace those with modern, enforceable conditions.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Department, North Yorkshire Council (Richmondshire Area), Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond DL10 4JX no later than 21st October 2026 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of North Yorkshire Council (Richmondshire Area) the record of the application may be inspected at the Council office at the address given above during normal business hours, or on the council’s website –

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
