I, Paolo Raffiq, director of Yarm Property Management Limited Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence at 93 High Street, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 1AA and known as Goldies Bar.
The application is for the following: Removal of the embedded restrictions. Updating condition to remove the requirement to use an external security agency. Extension of opening hours and licensed activities until 5:00am Mon-Sun.
Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing by 21st October 2026 and send to: The Licensing Service Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council Dunedin House Columbia Drive Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6BJ The record of this application may be inspected Mon-Fri (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9am to 4pm or on the website.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application
