LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Market Asset Management (Darlington) Ltd has applied in respect of: Market Tap, Covered Market, East Row, Darlington, DL1 5PX for the variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Extend Sale of Alcohol (On and Off the Premises), Recorded Music (Indoors), Live Music (Indoors), and Films (Indoors), to 09:00-02:00, Add Late Night Refreshment from 23:00-02:00, Extend the licensable area, Amend Annex 2 Conditions.
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 15th October 2026 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlinqton.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
