Notice of application for the variation of a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003. Notice is hereby given that S K A Convenience Stores Ltd T/A Leyton Food and Wine have applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the variation of a Premises Licence at: 124 High Road, Leyton, London E15 2BX.
The nature of the application is as follows: To Extend the sale of alcohol for Monday–Friday: 06:30 – 23:00, Saturday–Sunday: 07:00 – 23:00.
The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Section, Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17 4JF. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm (except Bank Holidays).
Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to: Licensing Section, Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17 4JF or via email: licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk.
Representations must be received no later than 25/10/2026.
