PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Mr Zamal Uddin has applied to Birmingham City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Chalk & Cue Snooker Academy, Unit 1, 1146 Warwick Road, Birmingham, B27 6BP.

Licensable activity: Indoor sporting events (regulated entertainment), Monday to Sunday, 23:00 to 02:00.

Proposed opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 to 02:00.

The premises will operate as a members-only club for persons aged 18 years and over. No application is made for alcohol, late-night refreshment, live music or recorded music.

The application may be inspected through Birmingham City Council’s Licensing Authority / public register.

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to Birmingham City Council Licensing Authority, licensing@birmingham.gov.uk, by 23 October 2026.

Application received: 25 September 2026. Notice displayed: 26 September to 23 October 2026 inclusive.
