Take Notice that Philharmonic Hotel Ltd., has applied for a Premises Licence for Philharmonic Hotel 30 Hope Street, Liverpool L1 9BX for the following: Live & recorded music from 23:00 until 02:00 hours, late-night refreshment on/off the premises from 23:00 until 05:00 and the retail sale of alcohol on/off the premises from 00:00 until 24:00 (07:00- 02:00 for non-residents) every day. The premises will be open from 00:00 until 24:00.
You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it either through the QR Code below or liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application.
Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH. Any responsible authority or any other party wishing to make representations on the application must do so to the Licensing Authority of Liverpool City Council referred to above. Representations must be in writing and must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than the 28th day of October 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable with an unlimited maximum fine on summary conviction.
