NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that John Rigby & Co Gunmakers Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of John Rigby & Co, 42 Clapham, Manor Street, London, SW4 6DZ.
The application is to permit the following licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption on and/or off the premises.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Department of the relevant Licensing Authority.
Representations must be received within 28 consecutive days from the date of the application.
A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority during normal office hours or via the Authority’s website where available.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
