APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Lambton & Jackson Ltd has applied to Maldon District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Lambton & Jackson Smokehouse, Chigborough Road, Heybridge, Maldon, Essex CM9 4RE.
The application is for the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises through online orders between 00:00 and 24:00, Monday to Sunday. Customer collections will be permitted only between 08:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday. There will be no public access for collections outside those hours.
The Licensing Register may be inspected at Maldon District Council, Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex CM9 5DL, between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday except public holidays.
Any representations by a responsible authority or interested party must be made in writing to the MDC Licensing Team at the above address, or by email to licensing@maldon.gov.uk, by 19 October 2026.
It is an offence, liable to an unlimited fine on conviction under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
