Monday to Sunday between 12:00 and 00:00, with the premises closing at 00:30. These hours are sought to provide flexibility for seasonal opening and occasional events.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than: 27th October 2026

A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, which is unlimited.
