What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited has applied to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Wingstop, Unit R8a, Potters Walk, Festival Place, Basingstoke, RG21 7BB.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 hours until 02:00 hours the following day Sunday to Wednesday, and from 23:00 hours until 04:00 hours the following day Thursday to Saturday; Sale of Alcohol (on and off the Premises) from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday; Opening Hours from 10:00 hours until 02:00 hours the following day Sunday to Wednesday and from 10:00 hours until 04:00 hours the following day Thursday to Saturday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Head of Environmental Services, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH or via email to licensing@basingstoke.gov.uk no later than 26th October 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.basingstoke.gov.uk
