NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that Allstars (Taunton) Limited has applied to Torfaen County Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence for Allstars, Units 6 & 7 (upper ground floor) Cwmbran Leisure, Glyndwr Road, Torfaen NP44 1QS to permit the following:

The sale of alcohol (on and off sales), indoor sporting events, the exhibition of films and playing of recorded music (indoors) 08:00–00:00 (midnight) Sunday–Wednesday (closing at 00:30), and 08:00–01:00 Thursday–Saturday (closing 01:30). Late night refreshment (LNR, indoors) 23:00–00:30 Sunday–Wednesday, and 23:00–01:30 Thursday–Saturday. An additional hour on the day before any bank holiday Monday (all licensed activities and closing), and on the day British Summer Time commences (LNR and closing).
