What is proposed?
Notice of Application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Supercharger South Limited has applied to Thanet District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as KFC, 4-6 Queen Street, Ramsgate, CT11 9DR.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision for Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning.
The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 03:00 the following morning.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing, Thanet District Council, Cecil Street, Margate, Kent, CT9 1XZ, or by email to licensing@thanet.gov.uk, no later than 26 October 2026 stating the grounds for objection.
