TAKE NOTICE that ANTHOLOGY TRADING 3 LTD of 76-78 Church Street, Portadown,
Co. Armagh, BT62 3EU being the holder of a licence authorising the sale of intoxicating liquor at
the premises situated at 96 Donegall Street, Belfast, BT1 2GW, such premises being of a kind
mentioned in Article 5(1)(a) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996) to which an Order of
13 th May 2016 under Article 44 of the said Order applies, intend to apply at the magistrates' court
sitting at Laganside Courthouse, Oxford Street, Belfast, BT1 3LL on Tuesday 20th October 2026 at
10.30 a.m. for an Order-
under Article 44A(3) of the said Order directing that, on

being days specified in the said Article 44 Order, an additional hour beginning immediately after
the end of the period authorised by the said Article 44 Order) be included in the permitted hours
for the parts of the premises to which the said Article 44 Order applies.
No Article 44A Order applies or has applied to the part of the premises to which this application
relates in the year prior to 21/11/2027 that is the day after the last day in respect of which the Article
44A order is sought).
The licence required for the premises for which the application is made by a council under Schedule I
to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 will be produced
at the hearing of the application.
