Name of applicant: Star Pubs Trading Limited. Name & address of
premises: Goats Head, Market Place, Abbots Bromley, Rugeley,
Staffordshire, WS15 3BP. Proposed variation: Amend the licensing plan
in accordance with the drawing which accompanies the variation; Extend
the opening hours for standard and non-standard timings for the provision
of non-licensable activities such as breakfast, coffee and tea etc to 08:00
daily; Remove certain existing Annex 2 conditions as detailed in the
variation. Any representations must be made in writing by 26 October 2026
to the Licensing Team, East Staffordshire Borough Council, The Town
Hall, King Edward Place, Burton upon Trent, DE14 2EB or email:
licenisng@eaststaffsbc.gov.uk.
Any representation received will be
available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to
Information) Act 1985. Applications can be viewed by appointment
only at The Licensing Department, East Staffordshire Borough Council,
The Brewhouse, Union Street, Burton upon Trent, DE14 1AA. A list of

It is an
offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection with an Application for a
Premises Licence. The maximum fine for which a Person is liable on
Summary Conviction for the Offence is unlimited.
